"I was kind of surprised most of..."
I was kind of surprised most of the stuff I wanted was actually in stock, because that’s not always the case with clothing sites. I ended up ordering a jumper and some socks, nothing too exciting, but both were available and they got sent out quickly. The jumper was the main thing I needed anyway, though the socks were a nice extra. Overall, happy with how it went.

"Good Luck, You'll Need It"
Bought one sweater, good quality. Bought a second one, same sweater style except diff. color. The elbow wore out in 6 months and tiny holes appeared on bottom, near buttonholes. They would not refund or replace saying the sweater was "heavily used." I'm 100 pounds and wore it like any other sweater and all sweaters I've ever owned I"ve worn for years!
The quality is poor and the price is high.

"Lovely jumper, arrived fast"
I ordered a wool jumper after checking the product details, and it turned up pretty much exactly how it was described. It’s got a nice weight to it, feels soft enough, and the size was spot on for me. The parcel arrived quicker than I thought it would too. It’s not the cheapest place, but based on this one order, the quality seems really solid, so I’m happy with it.

I was really impressed with this fabric. It feels nice and thick, a bit like the sturdy material my mum used to pick out for sewing projects when I was younger. It’s better quality than I expected, and it washed really well too with no weird fading or shrinking.

"Delivery was literally spot on"
I ordered a jumper and a few treats, and they literally turned up exactly when they said they would. The tracking was easy to follow, and everything was packed up fine. No hassle at all, which is all I want when ordering online.

I ordered a jumper and a pair of trousers from House of Bruar, and thankfully they both fit just right. I wasn’t in the mood for the hassle of sending things back or messing around with exchanges, so that was a relief. The sizing was pretty much what I’d normally wear, with no weird tight spots or awkward lengths. Really happy with how they sit on me.

I’ve ordered from House of Bruar a couple of times now and the quality has been good, so no big complaints there. That said, for the prices they charge, I do sometimes expect a little more. A few things feel totally worth it, but others not so much, if I’m honest. Delivery was fine and the packaging was decent too. Overall it’s ok, just not always the best value for monye in my opinion.

"Popped into House of Bruar last week..."
Popped into House of Bruar last week it was looking really smart. The floors, toilets, cafe area, all of it felt clean and well looked after, with nothing lying about or feeling messy.
It was busy when I was there, but they still seemed to be keeping on top of it. Just makes it a much nicer place to wander around, so I’ll definitely stop in again.

"Pretty good, but kind of annoying too"
The site was decent and I did manage to find what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. The photos looked clear, and checkout was painless, even though at the same time it somehow still felt a little clunky.
Browsing was where it got a bit frustrating. It’s not hard to use, but I also kept feeling like I was clicking around more than I should have, especially on my phone. I’d use it again, but I’d also hope they smooth things out a bit

"Wish I’d ordered sooner"
I ordered from House of Bruar it arrived way faster than I expected. I got the dispatch email quickly and the parcel turned up the next day or so. No chasing, no waiting around, just really smooth from start to finish. My only regret is not ordering from them sooner. I’d definitely use them again

"We stopped here on the drive north..."
We stopped here on the drive north and, from what I remember, it was really straightforward to find just off the A9. Plenty of parking too, which is always the bit I somehow only remember when it’s a nightmare. No faffing about, just an easy place to pull in and get going again.
